What are eAlerts and eStatements?


eAlerts and eStatements are free services provided to you by your Credit Union.

Sign up for eAlerts and eStatements to receive customized updates about your Credit Union accounts sent directly to your email box or mobile device. You choose the email address or device, the type of account information you’d like to receive, and the frequency. We’ll do the rest. Just follow the brief instructions to sign up and you’re on your way.

 

What kind of messages can I choose from?

eStatements

eStatements will save you time and paper!

  • Receive notifications that your monthly Credit Union statement is ready.
  • You'll have access to your statement as soon as it’s available inside Online Banking.*
  • All Members can view their statements online at any time - you do not need to be enrolled in eStatements to access your statement in Online Banking.

*Members who sign up for eStatements will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.

Enroll in Online Banking

eAlerts

eAlerts allow you to receive account alerts for:

  • Payroll deposits
  • Account balance changes
  • Loan balance changes
  • Loan payment due dates
  • Certificate maturity
  • Cleared checks
  • Debit/Credit card transactions
  • ACH debits

Please notify the Credit Union immediately if you do not recognize a transaction.

Enroll in eStatements or eAlerts

To sign up for eStatements or eAlerts, log in to Online Banking, open the slider menu (3 horizontal lines on the upper left of the screen) and select “eAlerts/eStatements,” and try it today!
